Get-together at Port Browning
Holding a rendezvous in October is getting late but we did it anyways! Despite the weather forecast being iffy we gave a green light and lo and behold! some hardy AMIB boaters showed up.
Allen in m/v AlleMare brought some guests: Elspeth and Bryan, and Bob. On the way back to Horton Bay he treated them to a side excursion through Boat Passage to see the sea lions. Nice!
Ian and Nes in s/v Eilean Donan arrived under sail from Horton Bay, while Cliff and Judy in s/v C'est la Vie sailed from Dinner Bay.
Pt. Browning was just about to close its doors the next week for an extensive renovation so we timed it just right. We are all looking forward to the "new Pt. Browning" next year.
