60 AMIB Members Enjoy the May 24th, 2014 Picnic
Our beginning of the boating season picnic was a great success. The weather cooperated and attendees enjoyed a great burger with all the fixings. Thank you to members who were able to bring a salad or dessert. No shortage of food!
The morning started off with a Flea Market. Items such as a bar fridge, porta-pottie, mooring lines, and magazines traded hands (and in the case of the porta-pottie, seats). Ian tried to sell his racing sailboat but had no takers (see the Buy and Sell)

The afternoon was filled with bocce, putting and ladder golf. Cliff won the heaving line throwing contest with a 60 ft throw. Neil won for the shortest throw although it did go about 60 ft straight up in the air.
50-50 raffle and draws for door prizes completed the day.
Thank you to all of the AMIB members and guests who helped plan, set-up, run, and clean-up. A great team effort.
