Calling All Paddlers!

We will spend the summer exploring the southern tip of Mayne as well as the Belle Chain Islets, and Georgeson, Curlew, Lizard and Samuel Islands.

Paddlers will meet up  in the middle of Horton Bay (with launch access from Horton Bay boat launch, the Anson Road launch or Horton Bay government dock) Monday evenings at 5:30 starting June 27 – weather permitting – throughout the summer.  

Paddlers must provide their own kayaks and canoes. Please also ensure you have the appropriate safety gear (PFD, whistle, bow line and bailer or bilge pump) to be able to join the group.  

Paddle excursions will accommodate all levels of paddlers with beach breaks and raft ups as needed. New club members are welcome to join.  Boaters club membership can be completed online at http://www.mayneislandboaters.org
