June 25, 2018 Lunch at Montague
On a sunny Wednesday afternoon some AMIB boaters and friends met up for lunch at Montague Harbour.
The group included the hosts, Cliff and Judy, as well as Louis & Patty, Bernard and Herbie, Kathy & John. While we were waiting for everyone to join us, Jeff and Maria from Ladysmith also came by. They are CS West boating club members, as are Cliff and Judy. Even though it was a Wednesday, by noontime, all of the mooring buoys were taken so Jeff and Maria, as well as John and Kathy anchored.
We were able to use the picnic tables at the top of the government dock for our leisurely lunch and then walked over to the white shelled beach. Judy brought along her new bottle mister but couldn't get the mini-fan working. Thank you to Louis for showing us the button that turns it on!

Louis brought along his guitar and we all sang a few boating songs - hey, we are a boating club!
